Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Join us on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 4:00 pm for the Toronto Windsurfing Club (TWC) Annual General Meeting (AGM). This members-only event will be held virtually again this year, advance registration is required.

Registered members will receive a link to access the virtual AGM by email approximately 24 hours before the start of the event. That email will also include instructions for voting during the AGM.

Members interested in joining the Board of Directors must complete the Candidate Application form.

If you are unable to make the meeting but want to assign a proxy to vote on your behalf, please complete the TWC Proxy Form.  

To be valid, Board Applications and Proxy Forms must be sent by email to askus@torontowindsurfingclub.com no later than Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 4:00 pm ET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
