2023 Annual General Meeting - Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are need to help prepare for and run the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Social! We need approximately 10 volunteers for:

Preparing for the AGM:

• Collecting photos so that we can run a reel during the evening (various people)
• Assembling the photos into a slideshow (PowerPoint is fine)  (1 person)

Helping on-site with:

• Registration (2-3 people)
• Vote tallies  (2-3 people) (can be the same people that did registration)
• AV set-up and support (1-2 people)
